Erez Weiss

Erez Weiss has extensive work experience in software development and leadership roles. Erez is currently working as a Development Team Lead at Dynamic Yield since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Soluto starting in December 2021.

Erez has also been involved with various organizations throughout their career. Erez was a Member of the Node.js Foundation from February 2017 until August 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Backend Developer at Gett from January 2018 to August 2021.

Before joining Gett, Erez worked at Jive Software as a Senior Full-Stack Developer from March 2015 to January 2018. Erez was responsible for the development of the backend of a messaging platform using Node.js and a mobile/web app backend using Java.

Prior to Jive Software, Erez worked at Zerto as a Cloud Infrastructure Developer from May 2013 to February 2015. Erez was involved in C# .NET backend server development of a cloud disaster recovery solution, including projects in a Linux/Python/Bash environment.

Earlier in their career, Erez held the positions of Tech Lead and Scrum Master at NICE Systems from January 2012 to May 2013. Erez also worked as a Senior Software Developer at the same company from February 2010 to January 2012. At NICE Systems, they developed various applications using technologies such as C#.NET, SQL Server, WCF, Silverlight, MVVM, and Entity Framework.

Before joining NICE Systems, Erez worked at Given Imaging as a Software Developer from January 2009 to January 2010. Erez developed a .NET/WPF software for pH measurement and monitoring of gastric reflux.

Starting their career at Rafael in January 2004, Erez worked as a Software Engineer. Erez developed C/C++/MFC/C# applications, especially high bandwidth video recording applications.

Erez's earliest work experience was at OTM Technologies as a Software Developer from October 2001 to September 2002.

Throughout their career, Erez has gained expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, including C#, .NET, Node.js, Java, SQL Server, WCF, Silverlight, MVVM, Entity Framework, and Linux/Python/Bash.

Erez Weiss completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2008. In May 2012, they obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
