It integrates a mobile app, web portal, proactive communications, and remote device management into one service. Soluto provides proactive support by notifying users when there’s a problem with actionable email alertsthus enabling them to remedy the issue from any PC, laptop or smartphone, saving time and reducing frustrations; offline cloud-based services by taking action on PCs even when they are shut down; and insights and reports on asset management and activity. Soluto was launched in 2008 and is based in Tel Aviv.
