Sharon Barak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sharon founded and served as the CTO of Solutum LTD since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a TA in the Global Business Studies Program at Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2018. From 2016 to 2017, they were the R&D Manager at Tosaf Group, responsible for managing the development of new products and leading a team of 25 employees. Sharon also served as the Director of Technologies at Delek-San from 2015 to 2016, where they led the R&D and integrated key organizational functions. Earlier in their career, Sharon worked as a Pyrotechnics R&D Engineer at Israel Military Industries Ltd from 2010 to 2015, and as a Research Assistant at Ben Gurion University in the field of cancer treatment from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they conducted research in cell suicide mechanisms at Ben Gurion University from 2007 to 2008 and worked as an Executive Assistant to the Security Officer at El Al Airlines from 2003 to 2007.
Sharon Barak has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they received in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2013.
