Rachel Syko

Rachel Syko, M.A., is a Talent Development Specialist at SOLV Energy, a solar services provider, since January 2023. Prior to this, Rachel served as a Talent Specialist and Talent & Development Coordinator for Early Career at Flock Freight, a technology company recognized as a 2021 CNBC Disruptor 50 winner, from January to December 2022. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles at UC San Diego as an Operations Analyst and Resident Relations Coordinator, as well as positions at Pathways In Education and Starbucks. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Postsecondary Educational Leadership with an Emphasis in Student Affairs from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Kean University. Rachel's diverse background also includes international education at Mahidol University and significant involvement in various student and service roles during undergraduate studies.
