Andrew Kipsey

Andrew Kipsey has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Andrew currently serves as the VP of Finance at SOLV Holdings, where they have been since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Corporate Controller at the same company since December 2020. Before joining SOLV Holdings, Andrew worked as an Executive Pastor at Calvary Monterey from April 2013 to December 2020. Andrew also has experience as a Corporate Controller at organicgirl from May 2010 to April 2013, and as a Corporate Accounting Manager at Fresh Express from June 2009 to May 2010. Andrew started their career as an Auditor at Crowe from 2007 to 2008, and previously worked as a Senior Accountant at Fresh Express from 2005 to 2007.

Andrew Kipsey attended Grace College & Seminary from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a BS & BA degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2022-2023, they also participated in the Executive Education - CFO Program at Columbia Business School. Additionally, they hold certifications in Chief Financial Officer Program from Columbia Business School Executive Education and Certified Public Accountant from the State of Indiana.
