Ben Henderson, AICP, is a seasoned environmental scientist and planner with extensive experience in NEPA, watershed planning, and permit compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Environmental Scientist and Planner at Solv LLC since May 2019, Ben specializes in flood risk management and stormwater management. Prior roles include leading the NEPA program at Timmons Group, with significant projects related to transportation and housing infrastructure, and serving as a NEPA Specialist for various government initiatives, including the Department of Energy and Department of Housing and Urban Development. Educational credentials include a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Virginia Tech.
