Evgeniy Kan has extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors, having held various leadership roles. From January 2016 to December 2020, Evgeniy served as Deputy Director at an online microfinance organization. Subsequently, Evgeniy worked at IT company ONE Technologies from December 2019 to October 2022 as Head of Lending Products, integrating with ForteBank JSC's subsidiaries. Evgeniy led PAYNET as Head of BNPL from October 2022 to February 2023, contributing to the growth of one of Uzbekistan's leading payment systems. After serving as CEO of a microfinance organization within ForteBank JSC’s subsidiaries from July 2021 to October 2022, Evgeniy transitioned to Payme.uz from February 2023 to October 2023 as Head of Credit Products & Services. Currently, Evgeniy holds the position of Country Manager at Solva, focusing on strategic planning. Evgeniy holds an MBA in Corporate Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Law.
