Fernando Arruda

Fernando Arruda is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager for Information Security and SRE at SOLVACE since July 2020. In this role, Fernando manages site reliability engineering initiatives and oversees IT infrastructure and global application distribution. Fernando also advises on innovation and digital transformation at Chiefs.Group starting in April 2022. Previously, Fernando held positions including IT Leader at EFESO, where management of the Brazil IT team involved recruiting and hiring efforts. As a Partner at eWCM, Fernando led technology initiatives and project management. Fernando founded Targos Consulting, driving automation and process improvement in various sectors. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Systems Analyst at Beyond Group and a Full Systems Analyst at Ford Motor Company, focusing on software development and corporate web applications. Fernando holds an MBA in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André.
