Paul Critchley

Paul Critchley is an experienced audit and risk management professional with a career spanning over three decades, starting as a Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1988 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000, Paul served as Audit Manager at AXA Asia Pacific, followed by a role as Audit Director at ANZ from 2000 to 2008, overseeing Personal Banking and Wealth Management as well as Corporate Centre activities. Paul’s career progressed to various General Manager Audit roles at ANZ, leading up to current responsibilities as Head of Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit at Solvar since May 2023. Additional experience includes positions at Orica, HSBC, and Australian Unity, demonstrating expertise in internal audit across diverse financial sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and an MBA from RMIT University.
