Kartik Sorathiya, PMP

Kartik Sorathiya, PMP®, has a diverse work experience in various roles. Kartik started their professional journey in 2015 as a Project Intern (PHP) at Nyusoft Solutions LLP. During this time, they worked on developing the project "Washers - Online Laundry Service" using Core PHP. In 2016, they joined L.D. College of Engineering as a Project Guide for a brief period. Later in the same year, they joined Solvative, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer. In this role, Kartik was responsible for backend development and infrastructure operations. Kartik developed RESTful APIs using SailsJS and ExpressJS and worked with AngularJS and ReactJS to develop web applications. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Solution Architect and Tech Lead at Solvative. Currently, Kartik continues to work in this position, contributing their expertise in solution architecture and leading technical projects.

Kartik Sorathiya, PMP®, has a diverse education history. In 2020 and 2021, they attended Seneca College, where they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Project Management in IT. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they studied at L.D. College of Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology. In 2011 and 2012, they completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) from Shri H. J. Gajera English Medium School, focusing on Science and Technology. Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Shree H. J. Gajera English Medium School, specializing in Science and Technology.

Apart from their formal education, Kartik has also acquired multiple certifications. Kartik received the "AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical)" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021. In November 2016, they obtained two Microsoft certifications, namely "MTA: Database Fundamentals - Certified 2016" and "MTA: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals - Certified 2016." Additionally, in September 2016, they earned two other Microsoft certifications: "MTA - HTML5 Fundamentals" and "MTA - Database Administration Fundamentals." Furthermore, they hold several project management certifications, including the prestigious "Project Management Professional (PMP)®" granted by the Project Management Institute, which they acquired in January 2023. Lastly, they obtained the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2021.
