Executive Vice President - Group Director Of Controlling And Financial Planning & Analysis at Solvay

Christian Meloni has a diverse work experience, starting as a Rifleman in the Italian Army's 5th Alpini Regiment from April 2000 to April 2001. Christian then briefly worked as a Process Analyst at Accenture in May and June 2001. Christian then joined Solvay in June 2001, where they held several high-level financial positions. Christian served as a Product Manager for Fluoroderivatives & Monomers, Fixed Costs and R&D Planning and Control Manager, and Global Supply Chain Planning Manager. Christian then progressed to more senior roles, including Global Controlling Manager for GBU Specialty Polymers, Senior Vice President - Finance Vinyls Development Project, Senior Vice President Finance of GBU Special Chem, Executive Vice President Finance for GBU's Technology Solutions & Special Chem, and Executive Vice President Finance for GBU's Silica & Special Chem. Their most recent role is as the Executive Vice President - Group Director of Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis, where they lead the controlling and financial planning activities for Solvay Group, managing a team of 80 controllers and serving on the boards of several Solvay subsidiaries.

Christian Meloni has an Executive Education degree in Transition to General Management (TGM), Business Administration and Management, Strategy, and Leadership from INSEAD, which they obtained in 2016.
