Faith Schuler

Faith Schuler, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Site HR Manager at Solvay since May 2018, Faith has a proven track record in implementing and managing HRIS systems, coordinating recruitment processes, and administering employee benefits and wellness programs. Prior to this role, Faith worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Black Butte Coal Co. from May 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included counseling management on company policies and overseeing employee relations. Earlier experience as a Project Director at the University of Wyoming involved establishing strategic partnerships and expanding college advisor services in schools. Faith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Central Wyoming College.
