Géraldine Yung

Géraldine Yung is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and DE & I at Solvay since October 2024. Prior to this role, Géraldine held various positions at UCB, including Head of Leadership Learning & Development and Head of L&D for R&D, Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, and Transversal, where significant contributions included the redesign and delivery of global leadership development programs and strategic capability identification for biopharma skills. Géraldine began the professional journey as a Recruitment Consultant at Modis, specializing in the IT domain. Géraldine holds a Master's degree in European Masters in Labour Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain and participated in the Erasmus Program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
