Jean-Claude Rondeau

Jean-Claude Rondeau has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jean-Claude started their career at COBE Europe in 1992, where they worked as an IT Manager until 1999. From 2000 to 2006, they joined Gambro BCT as an Operations & IT Manager. Jean-Claude then moved to Gambro as a Director of IT EMEA, responsible for business applications, security, and compliance for support and developments of existing IT systems. In 2010, they became the Director of IT EMEA and Manufacturing Operations. In 2014, they joined Baxter Gambro Renal as the Director of IT BGR Manufacturing, responsible for IT in manufacturing plants worldwide. In 2018, they continued their role at Baxter as the Senior Director of IT Manufacturing EMEA. Jean-Claude joined Solvay in 2023 as an IT Program Lead and later moved to Syensqo as the IT lead for separation.
