Joel Janke

Joel Janke, M.S. is an experienced professional in engineering and materials science, currently serving as a Customer Engineer and Senior Qualifications Engineer at Solvay since February 2022. Prior to this, Joel held multiple positions at L3Harris Technologies, including Senior Specialist Integration/Test Engineer and Materials and Process Engineer at L3 Technologies. Joel's earlier experience includes a significant role as Aero Technical Service Site Engineer at Cytec Solvay Group, where responsibilities involved managing composite material growth programs for aerospace applications. Joel also gained foundational experience as a Process Engineering Intern at ON Semiconductor.
