Lewis Williams is currently the Product Development Manager for Thermoplastic Composites at Solvay, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Development Chemist at Cytec Solvay Group from 2015 to 2019, and as an R&D Chemist at Albany International Corp. from 2013 to 2015. Lewis also gained experience as a Research Scientist at Sika from 2012 to 2013 and as an Intern Research Assistant at BASF in 2006-2007. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield, where they also obtained a Master’s Degree in Chemistry with study in industry.
