Monique Adamy possesses extensive experience in research and development within the chemical industry, particularly in agricultural specialties and personal care products. Currently serving as the R&D Formulation Lab Manager at Solvay since August 2005, Monique leads a team of 15 members across Italy and France, overseeing innovation projects and technical support for the EMEA region. Previous roles at Solvay include managing teams focused on hair care formulations, rheology projects, and personal care innovations. Earlier experience includes a role as Resin & Varnish Laboratory Manager at Von Roll, where Monique managed technical projects in resin synthesis and formulation. Monique holds a Master Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon, with additional education from McGill University and Eindhoven University of Technology.
