Nicolas Demoulin

Nicolas Demoulin is an experienced professional in the field of organic chemistry and research, currently serving as an Organic Analyst in Scientific Support at Solvay since July 2017, while also holding the position of Research Division Manager at Vinythai Public Company Limited since June 2016. Previously, Nicolas worked as a Research Scientist at Solvay from January 2013 to May 2016, focusing on the EPICEROL Process and brines purification technology. Prior to that, Nicolas was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute, specializing in asymmetric organocatalyzed reactions and chiral organocatalysts. An early career included an industrial placement in Medicinal Chemistry at GSK. Nicolas holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Paris-Sud University, a Master of Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and an Engineer’s Degree from ESPCI Paris - PSL, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree from Lycée Marcelin Berthelot.
