Philippe Chevallier possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the CO2 Operation & Energy Efficiency Manager at Solvay since March 2003. In this role, Philippe manages various CDM and JI projects across EMEA-LA for clients in sectors such as nitric acid and renewable energies, in addition to overseeing legacy Rhodia projects in Brazil and South Korea. Previously, Philippe held the position of Utilities Manager, leading a team of 17 engineers and technicians. Prior to joining Solvay, Philippe was the Quality System and WCM Manager at Rhodia Poliamida Ltda, where successful ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications were achieved. Philippe holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Electrochemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electrochimie et d'Electrométallurgie de Grenoble, earned in 1985.
