Susana de Oliveira is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent diversity, employer branding, and HR services. Currently serving as a Talent Diversity Partner and Employer Branding Specialist at Solvay since May 2008, Susana advises the Talent Acquisition Team and implements diversity recruiting strategies. Previous roles at Solvay include HR e.Services CRM & Performance Manager, where Susana contributed to value-adding HR initiatives, and HR Services CRM & Performance Specialist, focusing on HR service satisfaction. With a background in SAP-HCM consulting at Logica and Altran Portugal, along with early HR experience at Renault, Susana has developed a strong foundation in HR processes and workforce management. Susana is furthering education with a Master's degree in Science on Emotions at Iscte, alongside various HR-related qualifications.
