Head Of Quality & Performance For Global HR Services at Solvay

Teresa Felicidade is currently working as the Head of Quality & Performance for Global HR Services at Solvay since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BNP Paribas GFS as the Data Quality Manager & Closing Officer from October 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they set up a new department for Accounts Payable and created and monitored KPIs for the entire process. Before that, they were a BPO Senior Project and Quality Manager at MEO - Telecommunications and Multimedia services from May 2016 to September 2017. Teresa also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at PT ACS - Health Care from June 2015 to May 2016. Teresa worked at PT PRO from March 2009 to May 2015, initially as a Senior Adviser and Continuous Improvement Manager, where they implemented various process optimization projects. Teresa later became a Continuous Improvement Project Manager and an Internal Control Consultant. Additionally, they have been a guest speaker at Autonoma University of Lisbon and The Hackett Group in 2012.

Teresa Felicidade obtained their Master's degree in Management from the Technical University - Institute of Economics and Business Administration (ISEG) in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution in 2011, where they were recognized as the Best Student in the Data Analysis Field. Teresa also completed a Post Graduation in Management & Business Consulting from ISEG in 2006. Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Coimbra in Portugal, which they obtained between 1998 and 2003. Teresa also participated in the Erasmus Programme at Università degli Studi di Pavia in Italy, focusing on Economics studies in 2000-2001. In terms of certifications, Teresa obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2015. Teresa also completed several training programs, including Process Reengineering from Insignis West - Training & Consulting in 2013, Project Management Advanced Training from PMI in 2012, Leadership Management from Força Aérea Portuguesa (FAP) in 2010, LEAN Leader from TATA Consultancy Services in 2009, and Six Sigma from TATA Consultancy Services in 2009. Additionally, they attended the European Advisory Leadership Forum on the Development of Financial Shared Services (FSS) in London, UK, organized by The Hackett Group in 2008.
