Eugene Grinberg

Eugene Grinberg is the Co-Founder, President, and Co-CEO at Solve Advisors. Eugene has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Eugene started their career at ACA Capital in 2004 as Vice President, Structured Credit and Information Services. Eugene was responsible for building and commercializing cutting edge pricing analytics to assess value of complex structured products. In 2008, they joined Duff & Phelps as Vice President, Financial Engineering.

In 2009, Eugene co-founded Red Pine Advisors LLC, a financial advisory firm specializing in structured credit products. Eugene served as Head of Analytics and Lead ABS Structurer. Eugene was responsible for pricing structured products including RMBS, CDOs/CLOs, Student Loan ABS, and etc. In 2010, they lead structured the WLAKE 2010-1 transaction, a $130mm Subprime Auto ABS transaction for a first time term ABS issuer.

In 2011, Red Pine Advisors was acquired by Houlihan Lokey and Eugene became Vice President. Eugene left Houlihan Lokey in December 2011 to start Solve Advisors.

Eugene Grinberg has a masters in electrical engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Eugene also has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in mathematics from The Cooper Union. In addition, they are certified by New York University in structured finance and financial risk management, and by the CFA Institute as a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
