Andrei Vorobiov

Andrei Vorobiov has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Andrei started their career as an IT Project Manager at Offshore Creations in 2004, where they estimated, planned, and executed multiple web projects, conducted business analysis, and facilitated design and development processes.

In 2005, Andrei moved to KSE (SaM Solutions) as an IT Project Manager, where they managed a project for a property management and sales system. Andrei integrated change control and business analysis processes, improving overall quality governance and development efficiency.

After that, Andrei joined Miratech as a Project Manager/Account Manager responsible for managing FP projects and account development. Andrei qualified business opportunities, estimated FP engagements, and closed new deals. Andrei'sprojects covered domains such as e-Tourism, e-Commerce, CRM, ERP, Telecom, and Media.

In 2007, Andrei worked at Actra as a Project Manager/Acting Director of Ukraine Operations. Here, they delivered a B2B web application, conducted system analysis, and facilitated agile delivery, open source development infrastructure, and automation in testing.

Andrei then moved to Luxoft, where they held multiple roles. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Senior Project Manager for one of the largest European Investment Banks, managing the delivery of five projects in electronic document management and workflow systems. From 2010 to 2015, Andrei was a Senior Project/Delivery Manager, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a large-scale platform for initial Bond issuance and managing several projects in the area of Asset and Wealth management, Precious Metals, and Transaction Banking.

From 2015 to 2018, Andrei worked at Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services as a Senior Delivery Manager. Andrei managed the delivery of a whole stack of managed services for one of the largest European Investment Banks. Andrei focused on efficiency in delivery, technology excellence, and setup and enforcement of processes across different teams and functions.

Currently, Andrei is working at Solve.Care as a Senior Delivery Project Manager. Andrei is responsible for project and program management in the healthcare domain. Andrei handles project planning, estimation, risk management, and client engagement, ensuring effective delivery and managing client expectations.

Andrei Vorobiov completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in philology with a specialization in English/German interpretation from the Crimean-American Institute between 1999 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2007. Later, they pursued an MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, although the specific month of completion is unspecified, it was obtained in 2011.
