Matias Brocato Bircz is a seasoned educational leader and business owner with extensive experience in operations management, data integration, and technology services for schools. As Chief Operating Officer at SOLVED Consulting since July 2020, Matias oversees a diverse team across multiple countries, driving the implementation of consulting and technology solutions in over 250 educational institutions, while consistently increasing sales and partnerships. Prior to this role, Matias served as Director of Operations, successfully transitioning the company to remote work during the COVID pandemic and significantly expanding the business. Matias also held the position of Academic Coordinator & Mathematics Teacher at Washington Global Public Charter School, where leadership was demonstrated through the management of staff and student resources during the shift to remote learning. Matias possesses a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
