Anuj Saxena

Anuj Saxena has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Anuj started their career in 2012 as a Data Analyst Intern at Reserve Bank of India (RBI), where they performed data cleaning and checking tasks for Non-Resident account deposits. Anuj then worked as a Data Science Practicum at Weather.com, where they used weather data and other variables to predict sales of FMCG goods.

In 2014, Anuj joined Capgemini as a Data Scientist, taking on the role of Technical Lead. Anuj created machine learning classification approaches to improve title name recommendations and streamline processes. Additionally, they developed a standardized show metadata repository to democratize data within the company and reduce duplicate efforts.

Anuj then joined The Clorox Company as a Data Science Practicum, where they gained practical experience in data analysis. In 2017, they transitioned to FCB Health as a Manager of Data Science. Anuj continued this role when they moved to Solve(d), a new agency within the FCB Health Network, in 2018 as an Associate Director, and later as a Director and VP of Data Science & Advanced Analytics.

Anuj's most recent role is at IPG Health, where they serve as the VP of Data Science & Advanced Analytics. IPG Health is home to FCB Health and McCann Health agencies, focusing on creating innovative marketing solutions in the health sector.

Throughout their career, Anuj has demonstrated expertise in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, CRM strategy, and multidimensional segmentation.

Anuj Saxena attended the University of San Francisco from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Analytics (renamed Data Science in 2018). Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Statistics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2011 to 2013. Anuj's undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics.
