Cristy Villasmil

Cristy Villasmil has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Cristy started their career as an intern at Cuatro Media in 2008 and later worked as a Public Relations Intern at French/West/Vaughan in 2009. In 2010, they joined Golin as a Manager of Digital Engagement, where they worked until 2015. Following that, they joined We Are Social as a Research and Insights Analyst from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Cristy joined FCB Health as an Analytics Manager, where they worked until 2019. In this role, they contributed to the development of a new offering that enhanced evidence-based planning and execution of healthcare marketing strategies. Cristy worked as an Associate Director until 2020, and then as Director of Marketing Science until 2022.

In addition to their role at FCB Health, Cristy also worked at SOLVE(D) as an Analytics Manager and later as an Associate Director of Marketing Science, starting in 2017 and ending in 2020. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President and Director of Data and Analytics at SOLVE(D) starting in April 2022.

Cristy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in analytics, marketing science, and digital engagement within the healthcare and advertising industries. Cristy has progressively taken on higher-level roles, showcasing their growth and leadership capabilities.
