Dzianis Buyakou is a seasoned software engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at SolveIt since January 2024, Dzianis previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Paralect, where contributions included database and software architecture decisions alongside code reviews to enhance performance.
