Victor Ruiz de Alda

Victor Ruiz de Alda has extensive experience in the finance and corporate banking sectors. Victor currently serves as a Partner and Director in the Corporate Investment Banking division at SOLVENTIS, where they specialize in financial operations structuring, due diligence, finance restructuring advisory, and equity and debt advisory in capital markets. Prior to their current role, Victor worked as a Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Director at SOLVENTIS, where they were responsible for structuring financial operations, conducting financial due diligence, and providing advisory services for equity and debt issues.

Before joining SOLVENTIS, Victor served as a Board Member at VozTelecom and as a Transaction Services Supervisor at BDO Finanzas Corporativas, S.L., where they gained experience in M&A operations, financial due diligence, valuation of companies and assets, and business plan and financial model reviews.

At the start of their career, Victor worked as an Auditor Senior at Price Waterhouse Coopers, specializing in auditing companies in the banking sector. Victor also conducted financial sector courses for employees at other offices during their time at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
