Omar Roya has held various positions in the IT industry since 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Service Desk Engineer at SoftechES, where they provided daily technical support for e-mail, network connectivity, peripheral equipment, and system maintenance. Omar also managed multiple networking protocols, installed routers and configured IP addresses. From 2015 to 2017, they were a System Administrator at Ricoh USA, Inc., where their duties included installing, configuring, testing, and implementing new systems or application software, virtual machine performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting, service monitoring, alerting, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability, and administration, monitoring and optimization of the global Windows (2003 / 2008 R2) AD and application Server Infrastructure. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Technical Consultant at M3 Technology Consultants, Inc. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at Solvere One.

Omar Roya obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2021. Omar also holds a VTSP certification from VMware.
