Timothy Schilbach, CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, OSCE

Timothy Schilbach, CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, OSCE has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security. Timothy began their career in 2000 as the Founder & Chief Information Officer of AODINC, a family-run Information Technology business. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all new build outs, designs, and datacenter enhancements. In 2001, they joined the Army National Guard as a Cyber Warfare Officer - Critical Infrastructure Protection. In 2007, they were assigned to the 204th Theater Air Operations Group as the Signal Officer, responsible for planning and fielding all Technology and Communications. In 2008, they became the IA Project Manager for Executech Strategic Consulting, LLC, overseeing an Information Assurance Department specializing in Policy, Oversight, IA Control Validation and Certification & Accreditation. In 2009, they founded and became the Chief Technology Officer of Concentric Tech Solutions, LLC, responsible for the Technical Vision and business development of the company. In 2011, they assumed the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect at Sarum LLC, responsible for overseeing all infrastructure solutions and internal technology solutions. In 2014, they became the Chief Architect at Solvere One, responsible for designing resilient solutions in dynamic customer environments. In 2016, they founded Penacity, LLC, providing strategic consulting technology services and Information Security Services to commercial and government organizations. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of AboutWeb, a Maryland staple in Recruiting and Staffing since 1998.

Timothy Schilbach has a diverse educational background. Timothy obtained a Master of Information Technology Project Management from American InterContinental University in 2008, a Bachelor of Information Technology Network Engineering from the same university in 2007, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American InterContinental University in 2005. In addition, they hold certifications from the SANS Institute, International Society of Automation (ISA), Offensive Security, Defense Cyber Crime Center, AXELOS Global Best Practice, (ISC)², and Red Hat. These include GIAC Incident Response and Computer Crime Investigations (SEC504), ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist, OSCE - Offensive Security Certified Expert, DoD Digital Media Collector, OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional, ITIL v3 Foundation, CISSP, CCSP, Red Hat Delivery Specialist - Red Hat Gluster Storage, and Red Hat Sales Specialist - Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
