Wendy Dittmer is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial services and logistics. Currently serving as VP of Commercial Services & Logistics at SOLVET/AVL, they develop and implement strategic initiatives while enhancing team performance and fostering professional relationships with strategic partners. Previously, as Western Canada Innovation Manager at AVL/SOLVET, they achieved market growth and brand awareness through strategic sales and marketing plans. Wendy also held the position of National Agri Manager at Kane Veterinary Supplies Ltd, where they successfully managed large accounts and drove significant business growth. Wendy earned a B.Sc. in Animal Science from the University of Guelph.
