Amale Labrahmi

Amale Labrahmi has a strong background in finance and strategy in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with a focus on operational excellence and business planning. Amale is currently working as the Head of Group Strategy at Solvias, where they are responsible for operational excellence for the group and serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to that, they held various senior finance roles at Lonza, including Senior Director and Global Head of Finance for the Mammalian Business Unit and Head of Finance & Controlling for Bioscience Solutions. Amale also worked at Novartis, where they held several global finance leadership positions, including Global Finance Head for HR, Procurement, Financial Reporting & Accounting Ops, Legal and Comms, and Strategic Assistant to the Group CFO. Throughout their career, Amale has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic growth planning, and project management.

Amale Labrahmi has a Master's degree in Finance and Management from Groupe ISCAE, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, completing the Novartis Finance Leadership program. In 2022, they participated in the Leadership Program at the University of Oxford.
