Bozena Ivancikova

Bozena Ivancikova began their work experience in 2008 as a trainee at Roche. Bozena then worked at Confarma AG from 2011 to 2015 in roles such as QC manager junior and project manager. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of work-packages and handling stability studies and release under GMP.

Since 2015, Bozena has been working at Solvias, where they started as a senior QC manager and later became a customer project team leader. In these roles, they led and managed teams, participated in audits and inspections, and was responsible for project management tasks such as setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and preparing presentations and reports.
