Bauke Schuurman

Bauke Schuurman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bauke began their career at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1980, where they worked as a Services Engineer until 1993. Bauke then transitioned to the role of Services Account Manager at the same company until 1996. From 1996 to 1998, Bauke worked as a Services Sales Partner Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation (USA).

In 1998, they joined HP as a Services Sales Partner Manager before being promoted to Senior Services Sales Representative, a role they held from 1999 to 2006. During their time at HP, Bauke also held the position of Business Manager for BCRS and SLMS, responsible for business development, financial performance, and people management. Bauke later took on the role of Business Manager for Managed Services in the HP Outsourcing department.

Bauke then moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where they served as a Client/Account Manager for Enterprise Services from 2010 to 2013. Bauke was subsequently promoted to the role of Account Manager for Enterprise Services from 2013 to 2015. Bauke also played a key role in founding the Experienced Employee Network at HPE, a platform for employees aged 45 and above to discuss personal development and contribute to the company's success.

In 2015, Bauke joined DXC Technology as a Client Manager EMEA, handling commercial and strategic activities for a strategic account in the electronics manufacturing industry. Bauke worked in this role until 2018.

Since 2018, Bauke has been employed by Solvinity, where they initially served as the Manager Financial & Commercial Services. Bauke currently holds the position of Manager Sales en Services Public Sector.

Bauke Schuurman attended MTS from 1976 to 1980, where they studied Digital Technics and Installation Technics and also took sales application courses. In the same time period, they also attended MTS Enschede, where they focused on Elektro- en Informatietechniek. Additionally, Bauke Schuurman completed a degree in Digital Technics and Installation technics at rk MTS Enschede, specializing in Digitale Techniek en Installatie Techniek.
