Elizabeth Horner possesses extensive experience in process improvement and engineering, currently serving as a Process Improvement Engineer at Solvita since April 2023. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Engineer at Auria from January 2021 to April 2023, where key contributions involved identifying and tracking cost improvement projects totaling $2.2 million, leading 15 Kaizen events annually, and coordinating emergency supplier responses. Additionally, Elizabeth has a background as a Quality Engineer at Auria, focusing on AIAG-VGA PFMEA development and internal auditing, and as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Auria, programming camera vision systems. Previous experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at YSI, collaborating on efficient part designs and plant layouts, as well as roles at Amazon and Sportsprint. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, completed in 2020.
