Hazel Manding, MBA, PMP, CTBS, has extensive experience in project management and process development, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Process Development Supervisor at Solvita since March 2004, focusing on OEM project management and equipment/process validation. Prior to this role, Hazel worked as an R&D Officer at Jollibee Foods Corporation from August 1995 to April 2001, concentrating on new product development. Hazel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2013 and 2015, a Six Sigma Green Belt from Sinclair Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of the Philippines.
