Brandon Weyant

Brandon Weyant is an accomplished Automation Engineer at Solvus Global, where responsibilities include leading projects focused on powder production scale-up since May 2020. Previous experience includes a Process Engineer Intern role at General Motors, where Brandon organized the installation of a flow monitoring system that is projected to save $700,000 annually, and conducted flow calculations while collaborating across disciplines. Additionally, as a Research Engineering Intern at Kinetic Batteries, Brandon utilized CAD and CAM software to optimize energy density in cathodes and designed a Cold Spray system. Earlier internships at Solvus Global and United Mechanical provided further hands-on experience in nondestructive testing and HVAC system design. Brandon holds a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, attained in May 2020.
