Mariusz Stawiński

Mariusz Stawiński serves as the Dyrektor Sprzedaży at Solwena since April 2020, responsible for the co-creation and implementation of the company's sales strategy, particularly for the Percee Energy Efficiency Management System. Additionally, Mariusz has owned a small project management company, Idea4PM, since January 2019, focusing on projects at the intersection of Production, Sales, and IT. Previous roles include operational and sales management positions at SPORTDATA SERWIS and Verkauf were Mariusz successfully led teams and optimized processes. Mariusz's career also includes experience in logistics coordination, marketing analysis, and training in the tourism sector, supported by a Master's degree in Engineering and various postgraduate qualifications in management and marketing.
