Alicja Wilczyńska

Alicja Wilczyńska has worked as an IT Project Manager/Analyst at SOLWIT SA since May 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at Volanto Sp. z o.o. from December 2015 to April 2017. Alicja also worked as a Junior IT Analyst at Klaster Serwisowy from January 2015 to November 2015. Before that, they were a Project Coordinator at Konferencja Inżynierii Oprogramowania beIT from November 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Junior Analyst at Aiton Caldwell SA from July 2014 to December 2014. Alicja also served as a Soft Skills Manager at NetVision Ogólnopolska Konferencja Biznesu i Nowych Technologii from November 2013 to April 2014. Alicja was a Project Coordinator at Koło naukowe "Zarządzanie IT" in 2014.

Alicja Wilczyńska has a strong education background in the field of information technology. Alicja obtained an Engineer's degree in Software and Database Engineering from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the Gdańsk University of Technology from 2009 to 2011, studying Automatic Control and Robotics.

In 2016, Alicja furthered their education by pursuing an MBA for IT at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, which they completed in 2017.

Alongside their formal education, Alicja has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned the Prince2 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT Group. Two years later, in 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. Most recently, in 2020, they acquired the SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
