Elyssa Muldoon is a Principal and Deputy General Counsel at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), with over a decade of experience in legal counsel within the architecture and construction industry. At SOM, Elyssa has held multiple senior positions since September 2011, contributing to one of the largest architecture firms globally. In addition to practical experience, Elyssa serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University, teaching Advanced Construction Contracts, and has previously lectured at NYU on Construction Law. Notably, Elyssa has presented at several legal forums, including the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, and has a background as an Associate Attorney at Peckar & Abramson, P.C., where significant work included leading teams in risk mitigation and contract analysis for major clients.
