Barend Spronk

Barend Spronk possesses extensive expertise in public domain procurement and project management, currently serving as an Inkoopadviseur and senior advisor at Gemeente Hilversum since March 2003, leading various infrastructure projects including fietspad Langs de lijn and the aanleg van Stamriool. Additionally, Barend has been a guest lecturer at Soma Bedrijfsopleidingen since October 2011, teaching key subjects related to infrastructure implementation. Prior experience includes roles at Gemeente Utrecht, overseeing multiple engineering and maintenance projects, and a foundational period as an instructor in the Dutch Ministry of Defence.
