Koen Stephan

Koen Stephan has extensive experience in educational leadership and management, currently serving as the Voorzitter of the college van bestuur at SOMA College since November 2019. As Directeur and Manager at SOMA Bedrijfsopleidingen from March 2008, Koen has demonstrated strong skills in vocational education. Prior experience includes a role as Senior beleidsmedewerker arbeidszaken at Bouwend Nederland from 2003 to 2008, where responsibility included policy development in education and the labor market. Koen also engaged in change management at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in late 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Bedrijfswetenschappen from Radboud University and additional training in professional education governance from TIAS School for Business and Society, among other credentials in sales and account leadership.
