Dhruv Bavaria

Dhruv joined Soma Capital in 2022 as our Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Soma Capital Dhruv was a Vice President with ICONIQ Capital (a Multi-Family Office & RIA with +$75b AUM). At ICONIQ Dhruv led fund finance and valuations for ICONIQ's Merchant Bank division including oversight for their Growth Equity and Real Estate fund strategies.

Dhruv brings over 15 years of combined experience in the alternative assets industry including working in finance roles at venture capital, private equity, and family office organizations. Dhruv graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in finance and accounting. Dhruv is a licensed CPA in the state of California and completed his CPA experience requirement with PwC within their assurance group.
