Gina Tatiana Muñoz Beltrán

Gina Tatiana Muñoz Beltrán has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles since 2004. Gina Tatiana began their career as a Business Partner HR at Siemens in 2004. In 2009, they became a Senior Consultant of Management and Human Talent (FreeLancer) at Strategic Consulting & Coaching. In 2010, they moved to Drummond Ltd. where they were the Head of Human Development. The following year, they joined Cerrejon as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2013, they became Human Resources Director at Independence S.A. Later, in 2016, they became Human Resources Superintendent and Director of Selection and Development at Continental Gold Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Human Resources Manager at Soma Gold Corp.

Gina Tatiana Muñoz Beltrán completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad EAFIT in 2020, with a focus on Administration and Business Management. Prior to this, they completed a PID Edime from Universidad de La Sabana in 2016, which focused on High Direction. Gina Tatiana also completed a Intermediate Advanced English course from Embassy CES in 2009. Lastly, they completed a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Piloto de Colombia in 2006.
