Pramod Narkhede

Pramod Narkhede has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Pramod began their career as a Sales & Service Engineer at Sreekunj Electrical Enterprises, where they were responsible for selling and servicing electronic panels and panel meters. Pramod then moved on to Icicon Electronics India Ltd, first as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later as the In-Charge of Quality Control and Assurance. During this time, they were responsible for ensuring the quality of products through inspections and adherence to standards.

Pramod then joined VKS Engineering Institute as a Part Time Lecturer, teaching various subjects in the field of Electronic Engineering to diploma students. After that, they joined India Medtronic as a Dy. Manager-Service, where they oversaw the service business for multiple areas including Cardiac Rhythm management, Cardiac Surgery, Neurology, and Physio-Control. Pramod was responsible for establishing service setups, providing support, and expanding services across South Asia.

Pramod's most recent role was at SOMA TECHNOLOGY INC, where they held multiple positions. Pramod started as a Biomedical Engineer, repairing and servicing medical equipment. Pramod then became the Service Manager-Biomedical Engineering, where they managed technical production, trained engineers, developed test procedures, and improved refurbishing quality. Finally, they became the Director of Operations, overseeing the entire operation of the medical equipment refurbishing facility and managing multiple departments.

Throughout their career, Pramod has gained extensive experience in the field of biomedical engineering, quality control, teaching, and operations management.

Pramod Narkhede obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Industrial Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1996. In 1997, they pursued a Diploma in Total Quality Management and ISO-9000 from AICMS. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Newport University.
