Amy Kramer

Amy Kramer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in building and leading HR organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at somafina since January 2023, Amy leads a team supporting 325 employees and reports directly to the CFO. Previously, as Human Resources Business Partner at Landis+Gyr from September 2020 to November 2022, Amy provided HR support to over 500 employees across three U.S. divisions. At JM Huber from April 2012 to July 2020, Amy functioned as Site HR Business Partner, managing HR for over 100 employees across multiple facilities. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Waffle House, Inc., where Amy elevated the HR function to support 15 locations. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.
