Sankameeswaran S has extensive experience in the ceramics and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Quality at Somany Ceramics Ltd since August 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing quality management and promoting continuous improvement. Prior to this, Sankameeswaran held the position of Head of Business Operations at The Grand Tiles, managing business planning, profitability, and supplier relationships from September 2020 to August 2024. From September 2013 to September 2020, Sankameeswaran was the Chief Executive Officer at MS Sawa Clay & Minerals, leading a significant Greenfield project and managing plant operations. Additional experience includes serving as DGM Technical/Operations at Orient Bell Limited, focusing on factory production and technical development, and as Materials/Quality Manager at Al Maha Ceramics SAOG, leading material quality initiatives. Educational qualifications include an M.Tech in Ceramic Technology from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering & Technology from the Indian Institute of Ceramics.
