Amit SAWANT, PhD, MBA has an extensive work experience in the field of product management and business. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Somatix, where they designed and implemented a secure HIPAA compliant, cloud-based AI-powered remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform. In 2023, they joined VJTI Technology Business Incubator as an Advisor, where they advise startups in the areas of AI/ML, IoT, and Security. In 2021, they also became an Adjunct Faculty at the Institute of Product Leadership, where they teach courses on Product Management, Product Analytics, Product Design, Product & Digital Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Executive Leadership.
