Cdr Damion Powell

Damion Powell, CDR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Damion currently works as a Senior Recruiter at The Judge Group since October 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Somatus from October 2019. Before that, they held the same position at First Solar from October 2018 to September 2019. Damion also has a long tenure at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they served as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Rep from July 2009 to March 2018. Damion began their career as a Recruiter/HR Analyst at Horizion Staffing & Human Resources Services from January 2001 to June 2006.

Damion Powell, CDR, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo. Damion attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
