Justin Bacon

Justin Bacon is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and management, currently serving as the Transitional Care Lead RN Manager at Somatus since September 2023. Previously, Justin held various positions at Fresenius Medical Care North America, including Clinical Manager, RN, where effective management of an outpatient dialysis facility led to improved patient outcomes and cost efficiency. With an extensive history of case management for dialysis patients and leadership roles in inpatient and outpatient settings, Justin has successfully implemented quality improvement projects and optimized patient care.
